This collection offers an in-depth look at the history of German postal activity in China, from the first office in Shanghai in 1886 through the outbreak of World War I. A seasoned collector of this area will instantly recognize many of the most important and iconic items known, as well as numerous other items that will appeal to German postal historians and stamp collectors.
