·        Approx.  50 miles from Dulles International Airport, Washington D.C.

·        Located diagonally opposite the hotel is the ‘Hunt Valley Center’ which includes a shopping center with a mega supermarket having a food court, offering a salad bar, hot & cold buffet (Chinese, Italian, American, etc.). On site restaurants: Outback Steak House, Carrabas (Italian), California Pizza Kitchen, Japanese Steak House and many upscale sandwich shops.  Five-Star Gourmet Restaurant (Oregon Grill) ten-minute drive, and many other restaurants in short driving range. Adjacent department stores/specialty shops: Sears, Best Buy, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Burlington Coat Factory etc.  

 

Access to Hunt Valley center by hotel-shuttle (hotel agreement established/small gratuity to driver) or by automobile.

·        German visitors will be met at Dulles Airport, Washington D.C., by a “GPS Bus” approx.. 5:00 PM.  Hotel Arrival: 7:00 PM 

·        BDPh Group (only) guest transport from & (later) to airport.

Price: US$60,00/Person, round trip.  Registration with the GPS.

·        In the evening, after check-in at hotel, an informal “Welcome” Ceremony will take place at the hotel.  Champagne Toast. Drinks and snacks gratis. Introduction of the GPS German-speaking trip group leaders accompanying tours and and as contact-liaisons during BDPh visit.

·        Collection of monies covering booked tours and distribution of ‘Guest Welcome Pack’ (in German language) upon payment to the Treasurer; pack includes Salon program Information, BALPEX Program, map of area, restaurant addresses, etc.
